12 x 18 OR 6 x 9 INCH print on high-quality archival paper. When prints are mailed in a roll, they will flatten out when kept under flat weight for 24 hrs. Also if you want to hang paper prints without a frame a good solution is to use photo spray adhesive and stick them to foam core poster board, this creates a lightweight & stable backing while keeping the print flat.
